IACL World Congress: further workshops announced

2017CongressLogoIn September, we invited proposals for additional “open” workshops (on any theme) to be added to the programme for the 10th IACL World Congress 2018, being held in Seoul, Republic of Korea on 18-22 June 2018 under the general theme of “VIOLENT CONFLICTS, PEACE-BUILDING AND CONSTITUTIONAL LAW”. We had a great response and are pleased to announce a further eight workshops:

  • WORKSHOP #20 The Influence of Foreign and International Legal Sources on Post-Conflict and in-Conflict Constitutional Law
  • WORKSHOP #21 Post-Soviet Constitutionalism and Peace Building
  • WORKSHOP #22 Internet in the Age of Ordinary Terrorism
  • WORKSHOP #23 Membership and exclusion in times of crisis and populism
  • WORKSHOP #24 External Influences on Constitution Building Processes
  • WORKSHOP #25 Transnational Criminality: Boundaries and Constitutional Challenges on Criminal Justice and Procedures
  • WORKSHOP #26 Constitutional Reasoning
  • WORKSHOP #27 Accommodating Conflicts through Federal Arrangements: from conflict management to secession.

We’ll feature the workshops on the blog over the coming days (details are already available on the conference website, in England and French).
