Italian Law Journal Special Issue: The 2016 Italian Constitutional Referendum

The Italian Law Journal has just released a Special Issue on ‘The 2016 Italian Constitutional Referendum: Origins, Stakes and Outcomes’. The Special Issues was edited by Guest Editor Paolo Passaglia.

It is divided into the following sections:

  • Part I — Constitutional Reform in Italy: Past and Present
  • Part II — Views on the Future of Constitutional Reform
  • Part III — Views from Abroad

The table of contents for the Special Issue, including abstracts and full-text articles, can be found here.

Other full current and past issues of the Italian Law Journal can be viewed and downloaded for free at the Journal’s website.

Submissions are now open for Volume 3, Issue 2 (2017), which is scheduled to be published in December 2017.
